THIS AGREEMENT is entered into, by, and between Rockstar Media (Consultant) and Backstage Pass Members (Member) with the following terms and conditions:

STAGE System.
Consultant agrees to provide Member with an online course to teach Member the following (herein referred to as the Core Four):
(1) How to release negative emotions.
(2) How to strengthen positive emotions.
(3) How to open, have a conversation, and close when talking to women.
(4) How to seduce women.

The course will include the following lessons:
Set It Down. Member will get instructions on how to release negative emotions. This lesson will be available in the members’ area immediately upon Backstage Pass enrollment.
Take 5. Member will get instructions on how to strengthen positive emotions. This lesson will be available in the members’ area on day 7 of Backstage Pass membership.
Attract. Member will get instructions on how to use Advance Attraction. This lesson will be available in the members’ area on day 14 of Backstage Pass membership.
Game. Member will get instructions on what to say and do when talking to women. This lesson will be available in the members’ area on day 21 of Backstage Pass membership.
Escalate. Member will get instructions on how to create a Date Plan and a Seduction Plan. This lesson will be available in the members’ area on day 28 of Backstage Pass membership.

Bonuses.
Member will receive the following bonus courses:
Predictable Prospecting. This course will be available in the members’ area on day 35 of Backstage Pass membership.
Text Then Sex. This course will be available in the members’ area on day 42 of Backstage Pass membership.
Keep The Woman You Want. This course will be available in the members’ area on day 49 of Backstage Pass membership.

Participation.
Member agrees to (1) communicate honestly (2) be open to feedback (3) complete all course action steps (4) create the time and energy to participate fully in the program.

Weekly Meetings.
Consultant agrees to provide weekly Q&A meetings via virtual meeting. Meetings will take place every Wednesday at 6:00 pm PST, 7:00 pm MST, 8:00 pm CST, and 9:00 pm EST. All meetings will be recorded and made available in the member’s area.

Investment.
The Member shall pay to the Consultant a one-time fee of $4,995 or 2 monthly payments of $2,695 for 6 months of Backstage Pass membership.

Refund Policy.
Member will send written notice to Consultant by email to support@datingrockstars.com within 10 days of completing the first 6 months of Backstage Pass membership if Member is experiencing difficulty with one or more of the Core Four objectives. This written notice shall include (1) a list of each Core Four objective the Member is experiencing difficulty with (2) for each troublesome objective, a list of all the steps the Member has taken to resolve the difficulty. Upon receipt of such notice, Consultant agrees to (1) work with Member one-on-one for up to 90 days to help Member understand how to achieve each troublesome objective (2) recommend additional products and/or services to assist Member in learning how to achieve each troublesome objective. Consultations regarding Core Four material during these 90 days are free of charge. If Member still does not know how to achieve all Core Four objectives by the end of the 90 days, Member is entitled to a refund of two times their total investment provided Member meets the following qualifications:
(1) Member has made all Backstage Pass membership payments on time and as agreed.
(2) Member must complete the STAGE System course within 90 days of first payment.
(3) Member must implement all action steps given in the STAGE System course immediately upon course completion.
(4) Member must follow all instructions given by Consultant during the additional 90-day period.
(5) Member must attend all weekly Q&A meetings during their first 6 months of Backstage Pass membership. Attendance will be verified by the Record Sales point system.
(6) Member must be on time for all consultations during the additional 90-day period.
(7) Member must provide proof of purchase for all products and/or services recommended by Consultant during the additional 90-day period.

Limited Liability.
Consultant’s entire liability under this Agreement, and the Member’s exclusive remedy, shall be limited to the amount paid by Member to Consultant under this Agreement.

Acknowledgment.
Member understands the STAGE System and Backstage Pass membership are not substitutes for medical advice from a physician or psychologist. Member further understands Consultant does not diagnose mental disorders or medical diseases, and that it is the Member’s exclusive responsibility to seek such independent professional guidance as needed.

Assignment.
This Agreement is not assignable by Member, whether by operation of law or otherwise.

Governing Law.
This Agreement shall be governed by, interpreted, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada. Both parties further consent to jurisdiction by the state and federal courts sitting in the State of Nevada.

Invalidity.
The terms of this Agreement shall be severable so that if any term, clause, or provision shall be deemed invalid or unenforceable for any reason by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the remaining terms, clauses, and provisions.

Entire Agreement.
This Agreement supersedes all existing contracts or agreements, written, or oral.

Confirmation.
By submitting payment, Member has voluntarily and irrevocably agreed to enter into this Agreement and to the terms stated above.
