Instead of asking you to leave your comfort zone or giving you a solution that would require you to take action despite your fear…
I’m going to show you how to completely eliminate it so you NEVER experience fear around women ever again!
There are several ways to overcome fear.
Buddhist monks sat in the middle of the jungle all night surrounded by wild animals to release fear.
Fortunately, there are easier ways to rid yourself of negative emotions.
Michael Singer is the author of the New York Times best-seller, “The Untethered Soul”.
During an interview with Oprah, Mr. Singer shared this release technique:
When you feel a negative emotion (like fear or anxiety for example), instead of ignoring or suppressing the feeling, allow yourself to feel the emotion completely until it goes away on its own.
Negative feelings can’t stand the clear light of awareness.
So give the feeling your undivided attention.
From now on, whenever you experience a negative emotion, allow yourself to feel it — as fully as you can — until the feeling completely goes away on its own.
Do this whenever you feel a negative emotion and you will no longer experience fear.
In the interest of full disclosure, you should know this release technique can be emotionally painful and physically exhausting because it requires you to FEEL negative emotions… which is unpleasant.

STEP 2: Do this to avoid getting rejected and ignored by women you want to meet…
As a single man, the most important skill you can have is the ability to ATTRACT women so they approach you first.
Before learning attraction, dating was a numbers game. I had to go through the NO’s to get to a YES… Like cold calling in sales.
This is COMPLETELY unnecessary because you can ATTRACT women without fake behavior, lying, or altering your physical appearance.
There are, in fact, several ways to encourage women to approach you first… Like Peacocking or using a female “wingman”.
But the most POWERFUL, least-known strategies are advanced techniques, like Transmutation, Channeling, and Magnetism.
You also have a NATURAL ability to attract women.
Have you ever been able to tell someone was happy, sad, angry, or confident without them saying a word?
Of course you have… Because emotions carry energy other people can feel — especially women.

Happiness is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, everywhere in the world.
To access it, stop thinking and be present.
True happiness comes from within. NOT from anyone or anything outside of yourself.
A research study published by Psychology Today confirms what I already know to be true…
Women are more attracted to men who are high in mindfulness.
Even when physical attractiveness is taken into account.
In short, women prefer mindfulness over physical appearance.
Practice mindfulness and you will literally radiate confidence or joy all the time without thinking about it…

STEP 3: Do this to realize a 100% success rate picking up women…
Not only will Mindfulness help you cultivate a vibe of joy and confidence women can’t resist, but it will also give you the ability to approach women with no possibility of rejection.
Being mindful increases your access to intuition and intuition improves decision making.
A team of scientists at the University of New South Wales conducted a study on intuition.
They concluded that unconscious intuition informs and even improves decision-making.
Listen… Intuition is NEVER wrong.
To realize a 100% success rate approaching women, use Intuitive Guidance for target selection and you’ll meet the right women, at the right time, with NO possibility of rejection.
To develop intuition, be mindful, but also use it to make as many minor decisions as possible… Like deciding what to eat, where to shop, and when to commute.
Keep a journal of your results. This will help you recognize intuitive guidance.

STEP 4: What EVERY single man ought to know about meeting women…
Farming is an easy way to add prospecting to your schedule so you can meet more women.
Salespeople farm by marketing in a certain geographic area to find clients.
Your farming efforts will be similar, but instead of hunting for clients, you’ll be creating friendships.
Here’s how it’s done…
Select at least 3 locations to visit regularly. Here are a few suggestions:
– Gyms
– Places that offer free wifi
– Bars
– Volunteer for charitable organizations, or
– Attend exercise classes (like yoga, CrossFit, or kickboxing)
Get to know everyone… Men AND women of ALL ages… And build friendships.
Once you complete Steps 1 and 2, this will be easy to accomplish.
Radiating positive energy doesn’t just attract women. It attracts people in general…
Guys want to be your friend, girls want to get to know you better, even children strike up conversations.
Your goal is to be one of the “in crowd” at all of your farming locations so people greet you like Norm from Cheers every time you enter the building.
STEP 5: The dirty little secret no woman would DARE tell you…
Once you start farming, you’ll meet lots of women.
Friend Zone all the girls you’re not interested in romantically.
YOU put girls in the Friend Zone, NOT the other way around.
It’s important to build strong friendships with these ladies because of this little know fact about female psychology:
Melissa Burkley of Oklahoma State University in Stillwater conducted a study with 184 heterosexual students at the university.
The most striking result was that 90% of single women said they preferred attached men over those who were single.
You don’t have to be in a relationship to take advantage of this dynamic.
Being with a girl (or a bunch of girls) is just as effective.
I’m sure you have been out with a group of your buddies in the past.
How many women took notice when you walked in with a bunch of guys?
Now, imagine being out somewhere with a group of attractive women.
I can tell you from experience, there will be SEVERAL girls who can’t take their eyes off you.
Plus, hanging out with girls is WAY more fun than hanging out with a bunch of dudes.
Spend time with your female friends often.
Your lady friends don’t need to do anything when you hang out.
Their presence alone is enough to attract other women.

You’re hanging out with a bunch of girls having a blast.
You intuitively select the perfect target. She’s INSTANTLY attracted to you because of your vibe and female companions.
She approaches you, makes eye contact, and smiles — letting you know she’s interested…
Now what???
In a word… Seduction.
It’s time to seduce your target.
The word “seduction” has multiple meanings.
In terms of sexual attraction, it means: To “attract” someone or to entice someone to sexual intercourse.
There are 3 parts to the Seduction Equation:
(1) Attraction
(2) Instilling sexual desire, and
(3) Having intercourse
STEP 6: What you MUST know to avoid “Attraction Killing” conversations…
For seduction to work, you must have a conversation to initiate Part (2) of the Seduction Equation.
You could talk about the weather, ask about her job, where she’s from, sit in awkward silence wondering what to say next…
Or, you could flirt and banter like a pro, use wit and humor to increase sexual desire, and be one step closer to completing the seduction process.
Numerous research studies discussed in the 2013 book “Mating Intelligence Unleashed” by Dr. Glenn Geher and Dr. Scott Barry Kaufman confirm the fact that women find wit and humor incredibly attractive.
Here are 10 conversation tips based on wit and humor to get you started…
TIP #1: The Open
Some women you attract will be skilled at starting conversations, but most will just smile and make eye contact.
So you’ll need to initiate the conversation.
Some of my favorite and most effective openers start with a compliment.
The intent is NOT to impress her.
You give sincere compliments without needing or wanting anything in return because that’s the kind of person you are.
With that said, here are a couple of Compliment-Question Openers:
1) You have the most beautiful energy. Do you practice yoga or meditation?
2) That is an amazing outfit. Are you in fashion?
I love opening in this way because her answer always leads to an interesting conversation.
TIP #2: Frame Control
Frame control is IMPERATIVE because it dictates how the relationship will unfold.
When you have frame control, people are “playing by your rules”. They accept your leadership.
You MUST control the interaction to increase attraction.
If you let her control the direction of conversation, attraction will plummet because you’ll be like every other guy… a pushover.
For sexual tension to grow, you must be the cause — not the effect.
A common tool for testing your frame is the statement, “I have a boyfriend”.
Humor is the perfect rebuttal. Here’s an example:
HER: I have a boyfriend.
YOU: I have a math test.
HER: Huh?
YOU: I thought we were naming things we could cheat on.
YOU: I’m just kidding. I don’t want you to cheat. You’ll have to break up.
HER: I can’t do that.
YOU: OK, we’ll do it your way. I’ll be your lover on the side. But I already feel cheap and used like you just want me for my body.
Never let her change your frame. The next tip will help you maintain frame control…
TIP #3: Fractionate
Fractionation is the process of rapidly changing someone’s mental state to intensify the interaction.
To fractionate:
– Change perspectives. Point out something in the environment then come back to you and her.
– Change intensity. Rotate between being serious and funny. Show different sides of your personality.
– Change topics. Be prepared to jump into several different topics of conversation. Be unpredictable.
I like to use something in the moment for my topic of conversation.
Then I’ll throw in lines to fractionate, spice up the conversation, and build sexual tension.
Here’s an example of a line you can use at any point to fractionate the conversation:
YOU: I’ve known you for 5 minutes and there are already 3 things I really like about you.
HER: Really… What are they???
YOU: I love your smile. Your energy is amazing. And I’m not going to tell you the third because you’ll stop doing it.
No matter how much she begs and pleads, NEVER tell her what it is.
This will intensify her interest in you and the conversation.
TIP #4: Flirting
During your initial conversation, subtlety and innuendo are best for triggering desire.
As you know, women are not as direct as men when it comes to sexual arousal.
Watch a porno then read a romance novel and you’ll see the difference.
To flirt effectively, hint at something sexual to give her dirty thoughts without saying it directly.
Questions are perfect. Here are a few examples:
1) What qualities do you find attractive in guys?
2) What do you think makes for an absolutely fantastic kisser?
3) When you’re really attracted to someone, how do you know? In other words, what signals do you get from yourself inside that allow you to realize you’re really attracted to this guy?
TIP #5: Misinterpret
At some point during the conversation, I’m definitely going to misinterpret something she says.
Example #1:
HER: Where are you from?
YOU: I live nearby, but you can’t come over. I hardly know you.
Example #2:
HER: How old are you?
YOU: How long have you been into older men?
This usually leads nicely to a girlfriend story…
My first girlfriend was 5 and I was 6. Ever since I’ve had a thing for younger women.
It didn’t end well. Her family just moved away. She never even said goodbye.
Technically, we’re still going out so I shouldn’t even be talking to you right now.
TIP #6: Accusations
When she pays you a compliment or challenges you, accuse her of hitting on you, flirting with you, having a dirty mind, or attempting to seduce you.
Example #1:
I appreciate the effort you’re putting into this whole seduction thing. Most girls don’t try this hard.
Example #2:
Do you act like this with all guys or just the ones you’re attracted to?
TIP #7: Push-Pull
To Push is to express disinterest in a girl.
To Pull is to express interest in a girl.
I prefer subtle push-pull statements set up by an accusation.
For example, after she replies to my open, I’ll playfully say:
(SET UP)
YOU: You better stop talking to me like that.
HER: Like what?
YOU: With your sexy voice.
HER: I’m not using a sexy voice.
(PUSH-PULL)
YOU: You have a beautiful smile. I can hardly take my eyes off you. But how can I ever trust you if you won’t tell me the truth?
For the last 3 tips let’s shift gears and cover a few conversation options that will have her hanging on your every word…
TIP #8: Book Review
Read a book about romance, love, dating, or relationships.
Then, after you open a set, say this:
I just read a book about relationships and I would love to get a female perspective…
Tell her about the book, share your thoughts and feelings, and ask her opinion… She’ll love it!
“Relationship Magic” by Susan Bratton is perfect for a Book Review (the entire book is only 40 pages).
TIP #9: Demonstrate
Demos include:
– Magic tricks
– Palm reading
– Handwriting analysis
– Rune reading, and
– Tarot cards
This stuff is absolutely fascinating to women.
After opening a set, you can easily segue into a demo by saying something like this:
You seem like the kind of person who likes to learn about herself. Let me show you something really cool…
Then go into your demo.
Out of all the demos, palm reading is my favorite.
I prefer demos that don’t require props because they are more natural.
On top of that, girls love getting a palm reading.
It doesn’t matter if they’re scientists or religious fundamentalists. They love it…
When you’re with a girl reading her palm, she blocks out the rest of the world and concentrates on what you are saying.
It doesn’t matter if she’s surrounded by her best friends or other guys…
It’s all about you and her, sharing a warm, intimate, connection.
During a palm read, you’re already in Keno because you’re touching… You’re talking about her innermost thoughts and beliefs… She’s riveted… She’s smiling… Blushing… Looking deeply into your eyes… Searching for understanding…
At the end, the fact that you are destined for intimacy is explicit.
The interaction that occurs within a well-done palm read makes it extremely easy to flirt, banter, and escalate.
From there, all closing options are at your disposal…
You can:
– Number Close
– Kiss Close
– Sex Close
– Shop Close
– Meet Up Close
– Bounce Back Close
– Immediate Date Close
It’s completely up to you.
TIP #10: Question & Answer
In the book, “How to Win Friends and Influence People,” author Dale Carnegie gives a detailed commentary on how to accomplish what the title suggests.
Again, the author does a much better job of explaining it but here’s a quick summary:
Ask questions and be genuinely interested in the answers.
That is all you need to do to have an amazing conversation.
Please don’t make it feel like an interrogation, job interview, or like you are completing a questionnaire.
Just show genuine interest and ask questions to learn more.
Here are a few sample questions to get you started….
Interest Questions:
What do you do for fun?
What’s your passion? What are you into?
How do you like to spend your free time?
Fantasy Questions:
If you won a million bucks and had to blow it in a month, what would you do?
When you really want to cut loose, escape, and indulge yourself, what kind of things do you imagine doing?
If you could go anywhere in the world, where money, time, and the law were no problem, where would you go?
Escalation Questions:
Occasionally, I think a girl just needs an evening of passion. If that were to happen, how do you think it would start?
What do you like to do after sex? Cuddle? Smoke a cigarette? A cigar?
Where’s your favorite place to be touched?
At this point, you have attracted her, created an emotional connection, and built sexual tension…
Now Ask Her Out Like A WINNER!!!

STEP 7: Do this to sleep with a woman you just met…
If you do these 3 things well, you’ll sleep with her the same day you meet or on the first date.
1) BOUNCE BACK
During the date, or the initial conversation, talk about something she’ll need to come back to your place to see or experience.
As part of your Date Plan, execute a planned location change, then say:
My place is on the way. Let’s stop by to X.
X is something you mentioned earlier that can only be done by going back to your place…
Like seeing your art collection, your view, or your wine collection.
When you get to your place, add an honest time constraint to make her more comfortable.
Here’s an example:
You can come in for a few minutes to ___ but you can’t stay long. I have to ___.
You can come in for a few minutes to see my art collection but you can’t stay long. I have to get up early tomorrow.
2) STAGING
You’ll need to “stage” your place before having a girl over.
First… lighting. Make sure the place is well lit.
Leave lights on and/or curtains open to eliminate ANY chance of her needing to walk into darkness.
– Stock up on food and drinks.
– Have toiletry items in the bathroom.
– Make sure your place is clean and smells nice.
– The bed should be made with clean sheets.
– Make sure the place feels warm and inviting.
– Be sure to have plenty of condoms.
– Place books about relationships, sex, and romance in plain sight. (THIS ONE IS IMPORTANT!)
And don’t forget…

Last but not least…
3) PHASE SHIFT
To Phase Shift is to transition to intimacy.
When you get to your place, give her a tour, and show her whatever she came to see.
Because of the books on display, the conversation will inevitably turn to sex.
From there, Phase Shifting can be done by increasing kino and turning up the sexual tension with the use of a story.
As you know, romance novels are perfect for getting women sexually aroused.
Because your place is staged, you just happen to have a few lying around… How convenient.
Flip to a page where things begin to heat up and start reading.
Then let nature take its course.
